Your access to and use of this web site and all purchases of merchandise through this web site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Sales Tax

All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. Residents of Ontario must also remit an additional 8% PST on any order. Taxes are not included in the item prices and will be added to your purchase. Ontario businesses may apply for PST exemption.  Please email us to set up a Registered wholesale account & provide your Vendor Permit number.  American and other International orders are not subject to sales taxes, but may be subject to additional duty charges in their respective countries.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Such receipt also does not constitute a confirmation that the item is in stock or otherwise available on the price and terms published on this site, or published in any listing or other advertisement. Freesia Wholesale (Syndicate One Inc.) reserves the right at anytime, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to accept or decline your order for any reason. As a customer, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when prompted to do so in "My Account" and the shopping cart order process. Verification of this information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Methods of Payment

For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. If PayPal is chosen, you will be emailed a PayPal invoice when your order is processed.  Sorry, no personal cheques.  Business cheques are subject to 7 day clearance before orders are processed.

All our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars with US dollars showing as approximate. Credit card transactions are processed in Canadian currency.  The applicable exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company at the time of transaction. Our website is backed by 128-bit security encryption to ensure the safe transmission of online orders. However, if you prefer you can have your order processed over the telephone by calling our service number at (416)559-7663 Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm EST. All orders must be paid in full before being shipped.

BILLING NOTE:  Our parent company Syndicate One Inc. (Freesia Wholesale) will be shown as the billing party on your credit card statement.

Our Referral Program

To participate in the Freesia Referral Program, you must be an active purchaser (i.e. made a purchase from us within the last year). For every qualifying purchase referral, the referring body will receive a $5 credit towards any future purchase with our company. A qualifying purchase referral occurs when you refer a person to our company AND they make a purchase from us. The referred individual cannot be an existing customer of ours, nor can they be a person who has made a purchase from us within the last three years.

The $5 credit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and carries a one-time-use only. Each $5 credit will have an expiry date of one year from the date of issue. Credits can only be applied to published online prices. Special discounts or promotional deals may be excluded with this offer.  The $5 credit is sent via email and bears a coupon code.

There are no restrictions to the number of active credits that can be redeemed towards an order. Credits will be applied to your order total before applicable taxes and will be shown on your receipt. Any unused portions of credit will be held and honored until their corresponding expiry date. A valid client may refer as many people as they wish.

Freesia Wholesale (Syndicate One Inc.) reserves the right to refuse issuance of a referral credit to any client who does not follow the prescribed referral procedures or abuses its offering in some way. The Referral Program is only available to individuals.  If the individual belongs to a corporation, business, charity, partnership, or enterprise, they are considered to be a representative of that organization as a whole, and respectively, will not qualify in referring other individuals within their own organization. Freesia (Syndicate One Inc.) reserves the right to restrict, suspend, terminate or otherwise alter any aspect of the Referral Program without notice. In the event that suspension or termination of the Referral Program occurs for whatever reason, Freesia (Syndicate One Inc.) will have no liability to any client and is automatically released from all claims by clients in respect of such suspension, termination, or forfeiture of referral coupons.

Shipping

The delivery standard for Fedex ground:  Within Canada or USA 3-5 business days, International up to 7 business days. 

Cost of shipping is determined by parcel weight.  By default, we ship Canadian orders via Canada Post or Fedex ground, whichever is more economical.  American orders are shipped via Fedex ground or Canada Post.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss alternate shipping options. We can courier on your account if requested.  All parcels are insured on dispatch.  We package orders with care to avoid damage during shipment.

Ideally, we would like to offer you an exchange or credit for returned merchandise. However, if you are still not satisfied beyond our efforts, we have a 10-day money-back guarantee. The 10-day term begins from the date of your purchase.  Any exchange or return must be accompanied by an original receipt and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please note that earrings, custom orders, and/or special requests are exceptions and are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for jewelry or accessories that have been worn, altered in some way, or damaged.  Freesia Wholesale (Syndicate One Inc.) reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that are not in resaleable condition, under our own discretion.

Any items shipped back to Freesia Wholesale will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges and any associated insurance fees will not be refunded. Credits applied through our Referral Program will also be subtracted when calculating refund. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds. Items purchased entirely by Referral Program credits cannot be exchanged for cash. We will only offer exchange for such items and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges incurred.  However, in the event that an error or omission occurs on our part, we will correct the situation and assume all associated shipping costs.
