We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.  If paying by PayPal, an invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed.  If you would like to fax in your order, please email us for our private fax number.

Please Note:  Our parent company Syndicate One Inc. (Freesia Wholesale) will be listed as the billing party on your credit card statement.

Online purchases will receive an automatic response email acknowledging receipt of order. When your order is processed (shipped), you will be sent a second email confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Mon to Fri. If your order cannot be filled (i.e. an item being on backorder), you will be notified via email. We may suggest substitutions for out of stock items, but will never substitute without your prior approval.

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post or Fedex ground, whichever is more economical.  The delivery standard is between 3-5 business days.

USA orders ship via Fedex ground or Canada Post.  The delivery standard is between 5-10 business days.

All other International Countries are shipped via Fedex Express or other International courier, whichever is more suitable.  Please contact us for more info prior to placing your order.

Yes, most orders can be tracked.  Once your order is processed, you will be emailed a tracking number for your shipment. Orders shipped via Canada Post Airmail can not be tracked. To track all other parcels online, please follow these links:

We make every attempt to accomodate specific colour choices for items, however, by default colours are picked at random. If you would like a particular item colour, please send us an email before or after your online order is placed. Or call us at (416) 559-7663.

You must create a login first in order to view pricing. Anyone can order from this website. However, if you have a Registered Business, please email us your Company name, address, telephone number, Business number and/or Vendor permit number, and primary contact name and then we will set you up with a Wholesale Login. Registered Businesses receive lower pricing.
